Summer Supper Special : Chocolate Crepe With Mango Stuffing!



  1. Milk – 1 cup
  2. All purpose flour – 3/4 cup
  3. Sugar – 1 tbsp
  4. Chocolate – 1 big slab
  5. Cardamom powder – 1/4 tsp
  6. To saute – butter
  7. Chopped mango pieces – for filling


  1. Grate chocolate and add it in the milk and heat it.
  2. Add sugar, and Cardamom powder in it and mix will.
  3. Add all purpose flour in this mix and prepare a thick batter.
  4. Heat some butter in a non stick pan, take a spoonful of batter and spread it on the pan.
  5. Once it is done from one side, flip it and wait till it is golden brown in colour.
  6. Add chopped mango pieces in it, or you can even caramelize mango pieces and then stuff it in the crepe.
  7. Serve hot.
