Sunday Brunch Special : Tomato Cheese Khandvi!

Ingredients:-

1. Chickpea flour – 1 bowl
2. Tomato puree of boiled tomatoes – 2
3. Dry red chillies – 1
4. Tomato sauce – 4 tbsp
5. Cheese cube – 1
6. Chaat masala – 2 tbsp
7. Oil – 1 tbsp
8. Sesame seeds – 1 tbsp
9. Butter – 2 tbsp
10. Green chillies – 1
11. Curry leaves – 4 to 5
12. Mustard seeds and cumin seeds – for tempering
13. Salt – to taste

Method:-

1. In a bowl mix chickpea flour and add tomato puree. Prepare the tomato puree by boiling tomatoes and red chillies and then puree it together.
2. Add tomato sauce, salt and mix it into the flour.
3. Cook this mixture in a cooker by covering it and cooking it for 4 whistles.
4. Knead or beat this mixture using a bit of oil.
5. Spread this mixture on a plate add Chaat masala and grated cheese on it.
6. Heat some butter in a pan and prepare a temper using mustard seeds, cumin seeds, sesame seeds and curry leaves and add it to the spread mixture.
7. Cut, roll and serve hot.
