Surprise Your Taste Buds With This Delicious Banana Coriander Paratha With Raw Garlic Sauce!



1. Wheat flour – 2 cups
2. Chickpea flour – 1 cup
3. Banana pulp (ripened) – 1/2 cup
4. Finely chopped coriander – 1/2 cup
5. Cumin seeds, turmeric, chilli powder – 2 tsp each.
6. Salt – to taste.
7. Oil – 1 tbsp
8. Curd – 1/4 cup
9. Asafoetida – a pinch
For raw garlic sauce
10. Tomato ketchup – 1 cup
11. Vinegar – 1 tsp
12. Chopped green chilli – 1 tbsp
13. Chopped onion – 1
15. Black pepper powder – a pinch
16. Salt – to taste
17. Garlic paste – 1 tsp


1. Mix flour in the banana pulp.
2. Add dry ingredients, asafoetida, salt, chopped coriander and mix well.
3. Add oil, curd and knead it into a dough.
4. Roll it like a normal paratha and toast it on non stick pan.
5. Flip it on the other side when it is golden brown.
6. Mix all the ingredients for raw garlic sauce together and mix well.
7. After the paratha is ready, serve it on the serving plate with raw garlic sauce.
