The Royal Snack : Rajasthani Bhel!

Ingredients :-

1. Pomegranate seeds – 1.
2. Boiled potatoes – 2.
3. Apple small – 1.
4. Tomatoes – 2
5. Cucumber – 1
6. Onions – 2
7. Raw mango – 1
8. Coriander – 2 tbsp
9. Chilli ginger paste – 1 tbsp
10. Chaat masala – 2 tbsp
11. Oil – 1 tbsp
12. Flattened rice / poha – 200gm
13. Sugar – 2 tbsp
14. Salt – to taste
15. Nylon Sev – 150 gm
16. Lemon juice – 1 tbsp

Method:-

1. Rinse and soak poha or flattened rice for sometime.
2. Peel the boiled potatoes and cut them into small pieces.
3. Heat some oil in a pan add, chilli ginger paste, saute, add salt, sugar, mix well and immediately turn the heat off.
4. Peel Apple and cucumber and raw mango and finely cut into small pieces.
5. Add all the cut ingredients, pomegranate seeds and chaat masala in the flattened rice.
6. Mix well, serve it in a serving plate, garnish with finely chopped coriander and nylon sev.

You can serve this dish with green temptation mocktail.
