This Apple Season Prepare Apple Pakoras!

Ingredients:-

1. All purpose flour- 2 cups
2. Baking powder- 2 tsp
3. Milk – 1 cup
4. Sugar- 2 tbsp
5. Egg – 1
6. Big apples – 3 – 4
7. Cinnamon powder- 1/4 tsp
8. Salt – to taste
9. Oil / vegetable oil- to fry

Method:-

1. In a bowl mix all purpose flour, salt, sugar and mix well.
2. Beat egg in milk and then add the bowl mixture into this mixture.
3. Mix well and then add cinnamon powder and baking powder.
4. Peel apples and cut into medium sized pieces and add into the prepared batter.
5. Fry these apple pieces into vegetable oil or oil till golden brown.
6. Serve hot.
