Three Pepper Halwa: The Mind-blowing Recipe!


  1. Bell peppers – 1 of each colour (red, yellow and green).
  2. Dessicated coconut – 1 cup
  3. Sugar – 1/2 cup
  4. Boiled milk – 1/2 cup
  5. Sweetened milk contain – 1/2 cup
  6. Cardamom powder – 1 tsp
  7. Vegetable oil  Р3 to 4 tbsp
For garnishing:-
Chopped dry fruits


  1. First of all, cut the peppers and blend it in the blender till a smooth paste is formed.
  2. Heat some vegetable oil in a pan and  saute this blended paste.
  3. Add sugar, cardamon powder, milk, sweetened milk contain, half of chopped dry fruits, dessicated coconut and mix well.
  4. Add 3 tbsp of vegetable oil and mix well.
  5. Once done, pour this in a bowl, garnish with chopped dry fruits and serve.
