Try This Amazing Recipe Of Instant Handvo!



1. Coarse chickpea flour (besan) – 3/4 cup
2. Rava – 1/4 cup
3. Grated cauliflower – 1 cup
4. Chopped onion – 1.
5. Chilli ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
6. Grated coconut – 1/2 cup
7. Finely chopped coriander – 2 tbsp
8. Eno – 1 tsp
9. Oil – 1 1/2 tbsp
10. Mustard seeds – 1 tsp
11. Sesame seeds – 1 tsp
12. Asafoetida – a pinch
13. Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp.
14. Chilli powder – 1 tsp
15. Salt – to taste.


1. Take besan, rava, grated cauliflower and chopped onions in a bowl and mix well.
2. Add chilli ginger garlic paste, grated coconut, salt, finely chopped coriander, water and mix well so that it becomes a batter.
3. Heat some oil in a non stick pan, add mustard seeds, sesame seeds, turmeric powder, and chilli powder.
4. Add the prepared batter into the pan and heat it for 3 -4 minutes on high flame.
5. Then heat it on low flame and flip it once the other side once the base turns golden brown.
6. Pour a bit of oil over all the sides.
7. Again cook it on a medium flame for 10 minutes.
8. Once the other side is cooked properly, serve it in a plate along with ketchup and garlic chutney.
