Try This Tasty And Unique Recipe Of Thepla Grill Sandwich!

Ingredients:-

1. Leftover theplas – 4
2. Boiled and sliced potatoes – 2
3. Capsicum cut in rings – 1
4. Cucumber slices – 1
5. Tomato slices – 2
6. Onion slices – 1
7. Cheese – 200 gm
8. Green chutney – 3 to 4 tbsp
9. Chaat masala, salt, and black pepper powder – as preferred
10. Oil – 1 top
11. Butter – 1 tbsp
12. Tomato ketchup

Method:-

1. Place a thepla on a flat surface, spread green chutney on it.
2. Place chopped vegetables on it.
3. Season with chaat masala, black pepper, and salt.
4. Grate cheese over this and cover it with another thepla.
5. Heat some oil in a pan, put the prepared thepla sandwich in it and cover with a lid.
6. Flip it once one side is golden brown and crispy. Repeat the same with other side.
7. Cut the sandwich into four quarters and serve with ketchup or chutney.
