Weekend Dinner : Barbecue Paneer Pizza!

Ingredients:-

For marination
  1. Curd – 1 cup
  2. Black pepper powder – 2 tsp
  3. Chilli flakes – 2 tsp
  4. Olive oil – 1 tbsp
  5. Chilli ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp
  6. Pizza seasoning – 2 tsp
  7. Chilli powder – 1 tsp
  8. Cottage cheese – 150 gm
  9. Onion paste – 1 tbsp
  10. Chopped onion – 1 cup
For pizza sauce
  1. Chopped onions – 2
  2. Garlic cloves – 6 – 8
  3. Chopped tomatoes – 2
  4. Chilli flakes – 2 tsp
  5. Mixed herbs – 1 tsp
  6. Black pepper powder – 2 tsp
  7. Pizza seasoning – 1 tsp
  8. Salt – to taste
  9. Sugar – 2 tsp
  10. Oil – 2 tbsp
For pizza
  1. Pizza base – 2
  2. Cheese cube – 1
  3. Pizza seasoning, mixed herbs, chilli flakes – 1 tsp each
For garnishing
  1. Red, yellow and green bell peppers

Method:-

  1. Gather all the ingredients for marination together in a bowl and then marinate for at least 2 hours.
  2. Heat some oil in a pan and add garlic, onion, tomatoes, saute and add salt, sugar, chilli flakes, pizza seasoning, black pepper powder, mixed herbs, mix well and then keep it aside to cool.
  3. Blend the mixture in a blender after it has cooled.
  4. Take the marinated mixture and saute it in the oil.
  5. Apply butter to the pizza base, spread the prepared sauce, grated cheese, pizza seasoning, mixed herbs, chilli flakes, the marinated cottage cheese, bell peppers and bake it in the oven at 200 degrees for 15 minutes.
